How to request deletion
To request deletion of your Lux account and associated data, email us at info@hrbstudios.com.
Please include the email address used for your Lux account and the words “Delete my Lux account” in the subject.
What will be deleted
We will delete (or anonymize where appropriate) your account information and associated usage data such as reading progress and chat history, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
