How to request deletion
If you are signed in, delete your account from Account on the Lux website. iOS and Android app versions that include Delete account can do the same in-app. That is the in-app deletion path.
This page is the public fallback (including for App Store and Google Play listings). You can also email support@hrblux.com with the email address used for your Lux account and the words “Delete my Lux account” in the subject.
What will be deleted
We will delete (or anonymize where appropriate) your account information and associated usage data such as reading progress, Friend Lab and community/admin chat stored on our servers, notes, and notification subscriptions, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes. Main companion chat is not kept as a normal server transcript; device-local chat, bookmarks, and voice settings are not guaranteed to be removed from your devices. Cached King James Version listen-aloud audio is public-domain Scripture and is not treated as your personal data. Apple and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled in the store.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
