Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Register" on the landing page or login page. You'll need to provide an email address and create a password. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial to explore all features.

What features are available during the free trial?

During your 7-day free trial, you have access to all premium features including unlimited Bible reading, AI chat conversations, and the full music library. After the trial period, you can continue with a subscription to maintain full access.

How do I subscribe?

After logging in, navigate to the Subscription page from the main menu. Click "Subscribe" and you'll be redirected to our secure payment portal. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time.

Using Lux

How do I read the Bible?

Click "Read" in the navigation menu. You can navigate through books, chapters, and verses. Your reading progress is automatically saved, so you can pick up where you left off. The text-to-speech feature allows you to listen to Scripture being read aloud.

What is the AI Chat feature?

Lux is designed as a warm companion for reflection, Bible questions, and prayer when you want it. It won’t force religious framing into casual conversation — you lead, and Lux follows.

Does Lux replace clergy, counseling, or professional advice?

No. Lux is a tool for personal reflection and study. It does not replace clergy, counselors, or professional services. If you’re in immediate danger or considering self-harm, contact your local emergency number right away. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Are there limits on AI usage?

Free users may experience usage limits during periods of high traffic. Paid subscribers receive priority access and unlimited usage. These limits help ensure quality service for all users.

Can I download music tracks?

Music tracks are streamed for your listening enjoyment. Downloads are disabled to protect the intellectual property of HRB Studios. All music was written, produced, and is owned by HRB Studios.

Account & Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page. Click "Manage Subscription / Cancel" to access your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access until then.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and you'll receive a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.

Can I use Lux on multiple devices?

For security, your account can only be logged in on one device at a time. If you log in on a new device, your previous session will be ended.

How can I report a bug?

Navigate to "Report Bug" in the main menu. You can describe the issue and optionally upload a screenshot. Our team reviews all bug reports and works to resolve issues quickly.

I have a suggestion for improvement. Where do I submit it?

Click "Suggestions" in the navigation menu to share your ideas. We value user feedback and consider all suggestions for future updates.
